During my recent stay, I appreciated the convenient proximity to both Venetian Gardens Park, just under 3 km away, and fantastic local eateries like La Palma Mexican Grill, less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which made my weekend explorations truly enjoyable. the rooms were clean and the staff friendly, though the breakfast options could use some improvement.

I just spent 4 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and really loved the quiet atmosphere. I barely heard any noise from the hall. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and the cozy leisure room where we could relax after a busy day. The only bummer was that the breakfast ended a bit early at 9:00 AM, but otherwise, we had a great time! 😊

Although the cleaning team seemed rushed, the complimentary breakfast was a hit, especially the waffles! Tip, Choose a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

Woke up refreshed in a clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The helpful staff made our stay enjoyable and stress-free, quenching our thirst for comfort.

However, the limited breakfast options left much to be desired, and I found myself missing a decent coffee choice after hours. A little disappointing for an early riser.

Couple's Retreat Done Right

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was on top of everything, even the elevator was cleaned when we used it in the morning after our first night. I walked into my room after checkin and it smelled fresh, not that musty smell you usually get in some places. The pool area was also very clean and I appreciated that. It was just a shame the continental breakfast wasn’t hot because they didn’t light the sternos under the pans. You could make your own waffles that would be hot, and I had the eggs and homefries. My experience was positive and I would definitely stay there again.
